Bamboo frame is intricately covered with patinated cord, skillfully woven to form decorative motifs.
Faint remnants of a coat of arms are visible, suggesting that this piece may have once belonged to a prominent family.
In solid usable condition. We have had the seat professionally reinforced with an aged canvas.
