This exceptional pair of rare Art Deco mirrored bedside tables, designed by the French designer Jacques-Paul Meunier circa 1939, exemplifies the elegance of the era. A follower of Serge Roche, Meunier’s work is highly coveted, with very few of his pieces remaining in existence today.
Each table features mirrored panels set within an intricately scrolled wooden frame, complemented by functional drawers.
Some of the glass panels have been replaced with aged glass to match and one table has had the top wooden border replaced. Two panels of glass have cracks (see photo) and there is light scratching to the tops.
