A set et of 6 W1 chairs designed by Finish designer Werner West and manufactured by Wilhelm Schauman in the 1930's. The chairs are an early example of the use of plywood.
Overpainted in blue and grey the chairs are structurally in very good condition with no wobbles or loose joints. The paint work has worn down in many places (see photos).
