An incredibly rare Albatros lamp produced by Osram in 1934. The design of this lamp is often attributed to Josef Hoffmann.
Incredibly sculptural and surprisingly tall, the lamp is a personal favourite. Featuring the most wonderful aged patinated egg shell paintwork which contrasts perfectly with the dark metal base.
There are two light fittings, one in the base and one in the top.
The lamp shows it's 90 years of age through bent metal, loss of paintwork and some holes to the metal (see photos).
Rewired and PAT tested.
