An oak and softwood folk art chair.
Stained dark brown, the backrest decorated with surface carving on the front. Stylised floral and animal motifs, a heart in the centre with owner's initials and the date "i.c.g.i.89".
Old repairs, woodworm holes and additions in the foot area, seat also with old stretcher addition.
