A four-piece Secessionist suite by Hans Günther Reinstein (1880–1938), comprising two armchairs, a two-seat bench and a circular pedestal table.
The curved, enclosing backs feature vertical ribbing accented by a horizontal band of black decorative studs. Black finials and feet contrast with the ivory painted finish, while the table’s ribbed cylindrical pedestal echoes the seating. Supplied with custom off-white cushions with black piping and an optional glass tabletop.
Vienna, circa 1910. Overall in good condition, with age-related scuffs and marks.
