A rare "Tube living room" armchair by French Hungarian designer Mathieu Mategot (1910 - 2001).
Designed in 1951 and produced in France in the early 1950's, the chair is made from quadrifoil perforated sheet metal and metal.
The chair is in good solid condition and most importantly has still has its original paintwork.
